Jonathan Howard and Blueflower Skye comprise the Americana acoustic act “Howard & Skye.” Based in Arkansas, we perform country, blues, rock and folk covers and originals for a wide range of audiences throughout Arkansas and surrounding states. We’re known for our energetic blend of vocals, acoustic guitar and earthy percussion, forming a sound that fluctuates dynamically from gentle acoustic to a resonating full band sound.
Howard & Skye have entertained audiences for over ten years at local venues and festivals (headlining the Arkansas Goat Festival 2024), and hosted singer-songwriter showcases at music conferences.

Milkweed, Howard & Skye’s debut album

Howard & Skye’s debut album Milkweed was released in 2016, stayed on the AMA charts for six months, receiving widespread radio airplay in the United States and in Europe.
The album features songs written, performed and recorded by Jonathan Howard and Blueflower Skye. Produced at Thirsty Hog Recording Studio, Austin Texas.
